True Water LLC, doing business as True Water Utah, operates truewaterutah.com. This page explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it.
Information we collect
We only collect information you give us directly. When you fill out a form on this site, request a free water test, or contact us, we may collect:
- Your name
- Your phone number
- Your email address
- Your service address, when you book an appointment
- What you told us about your water or the service you need
We also use Google Analytics, which collects standard anonymous usage data such as pages visited and general location by region. It does not identify you personally.
How we use it
- To contact you about the request you submitted
- To schedule and perform the work you asked for
- To send appointment reminders and service updates
- To follow up after a job and ask how it went
- To keep records required for warranty and licensing purposes
Text messages
By providing your phone number, you agree that True Water Utah may contact you by text message about your request, your appointment, and your service.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help.
We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties for their own marketing. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
Who we share information with
We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers that make our business run, and only as needed:
- Netlify — hosts this website
- Supabase — stores our customer records
- Twilio — sends our text messages
- Stripe — processes payments
- Google — Analytics, Business Profile, and Workspace email
We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights or someone's safety.
How long we keep it
We keep customer and job records for as long as needed to support your warranty and to meet our recordkeeping obligations as a licensed Utah contractor. Leads that never become customers are kept for up to two years and then deleted.

- Ask us to correct or delete your information at any time
- Ask us what we have on file about you
