2-Year Workmanship Warranty
Effective October 27, 2026
For 2 years from your install date, we fix any leak or workmanship problem at every place we worked on your plumbing, at no charge. That's double the 1 year Utah requires.
What's covered
Any leak or workmanship problem at the connections we made to install your system, including:
- Pipe cuts and the fittings we installed
- Bypass and shut-off valves we added
- Drain and supply line connections for your system
If something we did isn't right, we come back and fix it. Parts and labor for the repair are on us.
What's not covered
- The equipment itself, which is covered by the manufacturer's warranty
- Plumbing we didn't touch
- Freezing, or damage caused by others
- Changes made to the installation after we leave
- Normal filter, membrane, and salt replacement
Your equipment warranty
Your softener, RO system, or filter also comes with its manufacturer's warranty. We'll help you use it: if a part fails, call us first and we'll handle the claim with the manufacturer.
How to get a fix
See a leak? Turn the bypass valve to "bypass" if you can, then call or text us at (385) 375-7213. Tell us your name and address, and send a photo if you can.
The warranty starts on your install date and stays with your home for 2 years. Your written agreement or invoice for the job is your proof of coverage.
