We looked up our own zip codes on the Environmental Working Group’s water database and found roughly 20 detectable chemicals in the local supply, including arsenic levels and emerging PFAS contaminants that most people have never heard of.
That sent us down a rabbit hole. We learned how water softeners actually work. We learned what NSF/ANSI 58 certification means and why it’s the only independent verification of PFAS removal. We learned that most Utah County homeowners are either being sold overpriced lease contracts by big franchises, or buying DIY systems online with no real idea what their water actually needs.

Stockton brings a background in high-ticket sales and digital marketing to True Water. He leads our customer experience, ad strategy, and the content that’s helped educate thousands of Utah County homeowners about what’s actually in their water. He lives in Orem and drinks the same water you do.
Stetson comes from a construction sales background and brings deep relationships with Utah County’s residential building community. He’s the one on-site making sure every install is done right and every new homeowner understands exactly what they’ve got. He’s our S410 licensed qualifier and takes the technical side seriously.
